According to law enforcement agencies, on November 11, 2025, a citizen identified as K.M., born in 1992, approached the Karakol City Police Department. He stated that on September 1, 2025, a certain Bayaman, having gained his trust, deceitfully took possession of his car, a "Lexus GS300," worth 600,000 soms. To date, Bayaman has not returned the money and has gone into hiding.
K.M.'s statement was registered in the Unified Register of Crimes of the Karakol Police Department, after which an investigation began.
Later, on November 25, 2025, another resident of the city, K.N., born in 1995, reported that on November 21, 2025, unknown individuals borrowed his car, a "Nexia," valued at 90,000 soms. They promised to return 20,000 soms, but then disappeared and have not been in contact.
This case was also registered in the Unified Register of Crimes of the Karakol City Police Department, and a preliminary investigation was initiated.
Criminal cases have been opened for both incidents under paragraph 1 of part 2 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational activities conducted by the criminal investigation department of the Karakol Police Department, the suspect was identified as 24-year-old T.B., born in 2001, a resident of the Ak-Suu district.
During interrogation, the suspect admitted his guilt. The Karakol City Court has chosen a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest until the investigation is completed.
