The detention of the suspect took place via Instagram
In Bishkek, officers from the October District Department of Internal Affairs arrested a woman suspected of cyber fraud. This information was provided by the local police.
On January 14, 2026, citizen M.N. contacted the Department of Internal Affairs asking for help regarding the actions of unknown individuals who, using the Instagram account bella_gadane.kg, managed to gain her trust by promising to "open the way" for her. As a result, she transferred 523,366 soms to them, after which the fraudsters blocked her and ceased communication.
Based on this fact, the investigative authorities opened a criminal case under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, the identity of the suspect was established — citizen B.E., born in 1993, who was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs.
During the arrest, material evidence was seized from her, including mobile phones, bank cards, advertising materials, sheets with identical business cards and stickers with the number +996 500 38-06-75, as well as books, including the Quran and "Кабыл болгон дуалар" (translated as "Prayers that are Accepted"), an old book with yellowed pages, on the title page of which is a symbol resembling a Celtic Trinity knot, a Tarot deck, and banknotes resembling 100 US dollar bills. All seized items were added to the materials of the criminal case.
