On January 16, a resident of the village of Kozhomkula contacted law enforcement. She stated that construction work had begun on her agricultural land plot of 3 hectares, located in contour No. 295, being carried out without permission and in violation of the intended use of the land.
This incident was registered under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal seizure of land plots and construction on agricultural lands in violation of established procedures.
During the investigation, it was found that this plot does not fall under the land amnesty.
Police officers detained the suspect, born in 1961, known by the initials D.G. She was placed in a temporary detention facility.
In addition, the Sokuluk District Internal Affairs Department received statements from another 15 citizens, and an investigation is currently underway regarding all the facts.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate does not rule out the possibility that the detainee may be involved in other similar offenses.
