According to the press center of the State Committee for National Security, the detention of the general director of "MBE Group," Sh. B. G., took place on December 23. He is suspected of raiding a commercial property. The statement to the GKNB was submitted by the shareholders of a multi-story residential building constructed by the company OsOO "Alliance Kurulush Plus" in the third microdistrict of Bishkek. They appealed for measures to be taken against M. B. E. and his partners, claiming that they are obstructing the completion of construction and have illegally seized property in the building.

During the investigation, it was established that in 2016, a joint activity agreement was signed between M. B. E. and OsOO "Alliance Kurulush Plus," represented by a citizen of Kazakhstan, A. M., for the construction of a residential building with SKB facilities in the specified microdistrict.
