According to information received from N. A. E., Svetlana and her accomplices, posing as law enforcement officials, accused the complainant of raiding his business and, threatening to disseminate compromising videos on social media and in the media, demanded $100,000 from him.
A criminal case has already been initiated under Article 208 "Extortion" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational activities, R. S. A. was detained while attempting to obtain 1.5 million soms, during which marked banknotes were seized from her.
R. S. A. and A. R. K. are currently in custody. The measure of restraint in the form of arrest was chosen by the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek. The investigation is ongoing.
