During the investigative actions, it was revealed that in 2016, a joint activity agreement concerning the construction of a residential complex with socio-cultural facilities in Bishkek was signed between M.B.E. and OsOO "Alliance Kurulush Plus," represented by a citizen of Kazakhstan, A.M.
In 2018, amid emerging disagreements, with the help of members of the organized criminal group of the late K. Asanbek, M.B.E. used threats of physical violence to seize commercial premises and transfer them to a relative.
Additionally, after the completion of construction, using the investors' funds, M.B.E. began demanding the transfer of several apartments to his affiliated persons without any investments from his side and obstructed the completion of work, violating the rights of other investors.
On December 23, 2025, based on the evidence collected in the criminal case, the general director of "MBE Group," Sh.B.G., was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The founder of the company, M.B.E., has now been declared wanted.
Investigative activities in the case are ongoing.
