According to information from the press service of the Leninsky District Department of Internal Affairs, X.A., the general director of the construction company LLC "Asma," has been detained in Bishkek on suspicion of fraud.
A criminal case has been initiated based on Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It has become known that the day before, a citizen O.K. approached law enforcement agencies with a written statement, reporting that a representative of the company was luring people by deceiving them and concluding shared participation agreements, promising to complete the construction of an unfinished facility in the shortest possible time.
During operational-search activities, the suspect was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Currently, the investigation is trying to establish his possible involvement in seven other similar crimes.
