During the inspection, it was established that out of the seven fish farms examined, five were found to be in violation of the legislation. It was noted that some of them had unlawfully occupied land plots and used them for purposes not intended, which contradicts the established requirements for land categories.
The collected materials regarding the identified violations have been forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further investigation. The inspection aims to ensure the proper and targeted use of land and water resources.
