The incident occurred on February 8 at 03:56, when the Panfilov District Internal Affairs Department received information from a local hospital about a fight between men in the village of Panfilovka. As a result of the conflict, one of the participants sustained a gunshot wound and died.
An investigative operational group arrived at the scene and discovered the body of O.Z., born in 1993, in the trunk of a "KIA K5" parked in the yard of a private house. The deceased had signs of beating, and the gunshot wound was in the abdominal area.
During a search, a sawed-off shotgun of the IZH brand, 16 caliber, with cartridges in the chamber, as well as a fired shell of the same caliber, was found in the hayloft.
The case has been registered under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and A.N., born in 1993, and O.A., born in 1991, have been taken into custody.
According to the preliminary version of the investigation, the detainees and the deceased were classmates. That evening, they had a gathering, and a quarrel broke out between O.Z. and A.N., which led to a scuffle. A.N. shot his classmate using a shotgun belonging to the homeowner O.A.
The investigation is ongoing.
