The system, developed by the Ministry of Agriculture, will allow farmers not only to register but also to apply for preferential loans and to queue at the bank remotely. Financing will be provided based on established criteria and requirements set forth in the preferential lending programs.
The transition to digital technologies will enable farmers to track the status of their applications in real time.
The "i-Dyikan" platform will also provide access to electronic government services, significantly simplifying the process of obtaining them and reducing bureaucracy.
The Ministry of Agriculture notes that the implementation of this mechanism will be an important step towards improving farmers' access to financial resources and will contribute to the overall digitalization of the agricultural sector in Kyrgyzstan.
