Recently, members of the Constitutional Commission presented the results of their work on the draft to the head of state. Tokayev noted that the new Constitution symbolizes the completion of Kazakhstan's institutional transformation and reflects modern social values, as well as laying "long-term foundations for the country's further progressive development."
