As a result of N.I.'s appeal, a criminal case was initiated regarding an incident falling under Article 165 (Kidnapping) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Police officers conducted operational activities, as a result of which the suspects were identified and detained: M.B., T.D., and J.A., all born in 2007.
All detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, it was revealed that there were hostile relations between the suspects, arising from debt obligations.
Within the framework of the criminal case, necessary forensic examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions are ongoing to clarify all circumstances of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
