The Ministry of Justice of Kyrgyzstan held meetings with diplomats from the United Kingdom and other countries, as well as with the leadership of international financial institutions. The main focus was on the development of English law and the establishment of an International Dispute Resolution Center (IDRC) within the "Tamchy" Special Economic Zone.

During the meeting between Minister of Justice Ayaz Bayetov and the British Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Nick Boulter, plans were discussed for the implementation of elements of English law into the country's jurisprudence.

Experts from international financial institutions emphasized that the opening of the IDRC in the "Tamchy" Special Economic Zone would be an important step towards improving the legal environment in Kyrgyzstan. In their opinion, this will enhance the predictability of judicial and arbitration practices and provide additional guarantees for participants in commercial and investment projects. The presence of an independent dispute resolution mechanism is a key aspect for attracting investments and developing the private sector.
