Representatives of international financial institutions noted that the opening of the IDRC based on the SFIT "Tamchy" will be an important step towards improving the legal environment in Kyrgyzstan, which in turn will enhance the predictability of judicial and arbitration practices and provide additional guarantees for participants in investment and commercial projects.
