One of the key activities of the visit was an open discussion with local students. Participants exchanged views on issues of academic mobility, opportunities for studying abroad, youth initiatives, and prospects for future cooperation.
Students asked questions regarding international education and received comprehensive answers.
During the visit, the delegation also met with the rector of Osh State University, Kudaiberdy Kozhobekov, where they discussed strategic directions for further cooperation, including the development of the higher education system, joint scientific projects, and participation in international grant programs. All parties expressed their readiness to deepen the partnership.
The guests were presented with information about the history of Osh State University, its educational programs, and scientific potential. During the discussions, special attention was paid to EU projects in the field of education and science, the Erasmus+ scholarship program, and the expansion of partnerships between Kyrgyzstan and European countries.
Delegation members noted that one of their priority areas of work is to strengthen cooperation with Central Asian countries, particularly with Kyrgyzstan, in the fields of science and education.
