At a meeting held by the Jogorku Kenesh, Speaker Marlen Mamataliyev reported on his recent meeting with President Sadyr Japarov. He presented the strategy for the development of the parliament for the next five years.
In his speech, Mamataliyev emphasized the importance of reforms, especially in the area of digitalization.
According to him, the president shared that the implementation of digital technologies allows for speeding up the decision-making process by 10 to 20 times, significantly increasing efficiency and optimizing the use of human resources.
“Time is the most valuable resource. Thanks to digitalization, significant budget funds have been saved. As a result of optimization, 1 billion 205 million soms have been saved, which can be directed towards social projects and increasing benefits,” noted the speaker.
Additionally, Mamataliyev added that similar methods are planned to be used in parliamentary activities to increase the effectiveness of legislative work.
