- Jumgalbek Kumarovich Shabdanbekov — the rank of "General-Lieutenant";
- Akybek Zakirovich Namazov — the rank of "General-Major";
- Uranbek Amanovich Shadybekov — the rank of "General-Major";
- Tariyel Zarylbekovich Otonbaev — the rank of "General-Major";
- Talaibek Imashovich Sharsheev — the rank of "General-Major";
- Talantbek Mederbekovich Talipov — the rank of "General-Major";
- Alisher Tashbaevich Erbaev — the rank of "General-Major";
- Malik Maamytalievich Bekturganov — the special rank of "General-Major of Justice".
