A master class on neurography titled "It All Starts with Me" will take place at the Gapar Aitiev Museum of Fine Arts.
The event organizers note that this master class will be held in a unique atmosphere of art and silence, allowing participants to better hear their inner feelings and achieve the desired state. Changes in life begin not with the external world, but with the transformation of the inner state.
“It all starts with me — with my inner state, mood, and how I experience each day. Important moments include how I wake up in the morning, how I communicate with loved ones, and how I relate to myself and my desires. If I feel anxious, it reflects in my decisions. If I am tense, it is heard in my voice. If I have inner support, it is felt in everything,” share the organizers.
The master class will be conducted by Natalia Petukhova — a psychological consultant, neurography instructor, aesthetic coach, and neuro-artist.
The event will take place on March 5, 2026.
It will start at 15:00.
The participation fee is 300 som (tickets can be purchased at the museum's box office).
All necessary materials will be provided.
