Nurbek Karaev, born on February 24, 1982, in the rural district of Kara-Darya in the Suzak region, has a higher education. He graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic named after E.A. Aliyev with a degree in "Jurisprudence".
Professional Career
- From 2004 to 2008, he worked as a lecturer at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic named after E.A. Aliyev;
