Today, February 26, the mayor of the city, Abdypata Matkalikov, introduced Egemova to the team, signing an order for her appointment. This position was established as part of the expansion of the municipality's staff and the creation of a specialized sector.
Mirgul Egemova was born on December 13, 1986, in the village of Uch-Korgon, located in the Aksy district.
Education
- In 2008, she graduated from Jalal-Abad State University with a degree in "Informatics and Computer Engineering."
- In 2014, Mirgul completed her studies at the Academy of Management under the President, specializing in "Public and Municipal Administration."
Career
- In 2008, she began her career as a worker at the beautification plant in the mayor's office of Jalal-Abad;
- From 2009 to 2011, she worked as a leading specialist in the construction, transport, and communications sector of the Jalal-Abad mayor's office;
- From 2011 to 2013, she held the position of acting head, and then head of the same sector;
- From 2013 to 2023, she worked as a chief specialist in the construction, transport, and communications sector of the Jalal-Abad mayor's office;
- From 2023 to 2026, she served as the head of the mayor's office in the city of Manas.
As explained by the municipality, the increase in the staff of the Manas mayor's office became possible due to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated February 10, 2026, which approved the maximum staffing level, structure, and staffing schedule of local self-government bodies in the Kyrgyz Republic. According to this document, the municipality was allocated 5 additional staff positions, which allowed for the creation of a new specialized construction sector and the introduction of the position of Deputy Mayor for Construction.
