This rotation is part of a plan developed by the Ministry of Education in accordance with the law "On State Civil Service and Municipal Service" to reduce corruption risks and conflicts of interest.
As part of this plan, Turum Satarbaevna Satarbaeva, who previously held the position of head of the Sokuluk District Department of Education, has been transferred to the position of head of the Jayil District Department of Education.
Mарат Усеналиев, who previously headed the Alamudun District Department of Education, will now lead the Sokuluk District Department of Education.
Mарат Джолдошбекович Усеналиев was born on May 9, 1964, in the village of Ak-Tyuz, Kemin District. He graduated from Kyrgyz State University in 1986 and in 1999 received education at the Higher School of Socio-Economic Sciences of the Academy of National Economy in Moscow.
He is a 1st class civil service advisor.
