On February 11, the akim of the district, Bekmaat Masaidov, presented Arykov to the labor collective based on the relevant order.
Talantbek Arykov was born on December 17, 1963, in the village of Sary-Bulak in the Jayil District. He has a higher education: in 1986, he graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics of the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn (formerly the Kyrgyz State University named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR).
Work experience:
— 1986–1987 — mathematics teacher at A. Osmonov School in the Panfilov District;
— 1987–1989 — mathematics teacher at Boarding School No. 10 named after A.S. Makarenko in the city of Kara-Balta;
— 1989–1993 — deputy director for educational and upbringing work at Secondary School No. 11 in the city of Kara-Balta;
— 1993–1994 — deputy director for educational and upbringing work at Secondary School No. 12 in the city of Kara-Balta;
— 1994–1995 — head of the civil defense staff of the Jayil District Administration;
— 1995–1996 — mathematics teacher at Secondary School No. 12 in the city of Kara-Balta;
— 1996–2006 — director of Secondary School No. 3 in the city of Kayindy;
— 2006–2018 — head of the Panfilov District Department of Education;
— since 2018 to the present — head of the Jayil District Department of Education.
Awards and titles: awarded several Certificates of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic; "Excellence in Education" and "Excellence in Physical Culture." He has been awarded the title of "Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic." He is also an "Honorary Citizen" of the Panfilov and Jayil Districts, as well as the cities of Kara-Balta and Kayindy.
He is married and the father of four children.
