Abdilakim Mansurov appointed head of the Suu-Bashy rural administration

The head of the Suu-Bashy rural administration in the Batken region is now Abdilakim Ermatovich Mansurov.

According to the akimat, he was introduced to his team on February 2, 2023.

At the time of his appointment, Mansurov was 61 years old and had previously held positions in the Suu-Bashy rural administration.

Abdilakim Mansurov was born on October 22, 1965, in the village of Buzhum.

Education

From 1987 to 1992, he studied at the Kyrgyz State University in the Faculty of Mathematics, obtaining a qualification as a mathematics teacher. He also studied at the Batken Vocational Technical School No. 57 from 1983 to 1984, where he received a specialty as a rural construction master.

Professional Experience

Since November 2025, Mansurov has held the position of specialist in land resources and municipal property in the Suu-Bashy rural administration.

- On October 28, 2024, he became the deputy head and responsible secretary of the Suu-Bashy rural administration.

- From June 12, 2023, to March 20, 2024, he worked as the chief specialist in land issues in the Kara-Bulak rural administration.

- From April 12, 2017, to February 18, 2022, he was the deputy head of the Kara-Bulak rural administration.

- From December 25, 2014, to April 12, 2017, he held the position of chief specialist in the Kara-Bulak rural administration.

- From April 1 to December 31, 2012, he worked as a social worker at the "Tayanich" day center.

- From April 3, 2009, to April 1, 2012, he was an accountant in the Kara-Bulak rural administration.

- From April 4, 2006, to January 19, 2008, he served as the deputy director for economic affairs at the Batken Regional Art School-Internat.

- From December 22, 2000, to April 20, 2006, he worked as a teacher at the Moscow Secondary School in the Batken region.

- From September 1, 1996, to December 22, 2000, he was the deputy director for academic affairs at the same school.

- From September 1, 1992, to September 1, 1996, he worked as a teacher at the Moscow Secondary School.

- From 1984 to 1986, he served in the Soviet Army.

- In 1983-1984, he worked as a collective farmer in the "Moscow" collective farm in the Batken region.

Additional Education and Courses

- In 1998, he completed a course on "Fostering Tolerance through Interactive Teaching Methods."

- In 2003, he participated in the "Start Your Business" program (UNDP).

- In 2004-2005, he attended a series of trainings from the "For International Tolerance" Foundation on topics such as community network development, monitoring and evaluation, and advocacy.

- In 2007, he participated in a course on "Farm Development and Agribusiness" (TACIS project, European Commission).

- In 2012, he underwent training on the methodology of social work and psychological support for families in crisis (UNICEF).

- In 2016, he became a specialist in public procurement (Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic).

- From 2000 to 2019, he was involved in attracting investments to the Kara-Bulak rural administration.
