The city of Orlovka is actively implementing socially significant infrastructure projects aimed at improving the lives of local residents, developing the economy, and ensuring safety.
Among the completed projects, the following can be highlighted:
1. **Podgornoye Village**
In this village, the installation of a new pumping station, which provides irrigation water, has been successfully completed. This project, funded by the Kemin District Development Fund in the amount of 2 million 610 thousand soms, addresses the water supply issue for domestic and agricultural needs.
2. **Street Lighting**
The street lighting works on the territory of the city administration were also completed thanks to funding from the local budget and the Kemin District Development Fund. This project, costing 1 million 230 thousand 628 soms, significantly increased the level of safety for residents during the evening and night hours.
3. **Major Road Repairs**
The major repair of the road surface along 1,826 meters on Frunze Street has been completed. Funding was provided from the local budget, as well as with the support of OsOO "Altynken," the Kemin District Development Fund, and the Chui Region Development Fund, totaling 29 million soms.
4. **In the Oktorkoy Gorge**
In order to enhance safety at water supply facilities, fencing has been installed, funded by the Kemin District Development Fund in the amount of 4 million 620 thousand soms.
5. **Additional Measures**
Additionally, 11 million 900 thousand soms were allocated for the replacement of electrical systems in pumping stations.
6. **Educational Projects**
A contract was signed with the contracting organization OsOO "Torg Key Ji" for the project "Repair of Classrooms on the 3rd Floor of Secondary School No. 1," which has been successfully completed. The total funding amounted to 1 million 433 thousand 100 soms (Kemin District Development Fund).
7. **Purchase of School Furniture**
New furniture was purchased for two schools in Orlovka for a total of 3 million 190 thousand soms, which allowed for the updating of the material and technical base and the creation of comfortable conditions for students.
8. **Sports Infrastructure**
New children's playgrounds and workout complexes have been installed in Podgornoye village and the city of Orlovka, creating conditions for active recreation for the youth. The funding amounted to 3 million 845 thousand soms from the Kemin District Development Fund and the Chui Regional Fund (Frunze Street).
The Orlovka city administration is negotiating with several organizations:
• a Chinese company — to open a factory for the production of gas blocks;
• a Turkish company — for the production of traffic lights and road signs;
• the Center for Public-Private Partnership — to conclude cooperation agreements.
The launch of these projects is planned for spring 2026.
As part of the social support program for the population, assistance was provided by sponsors: 20 families received 3 tons of coal each, and 15 families received 2 tons each. Additionally, 18 citizens were assisted with the payment of winter heating. The total amount of assistance, including coal and heating payments, amounted to 648 thousand 400 soms.
