The Kemin city administration has submitted an application for funding through a shared (incentive) grant.
According to information posted on the "Open Budget" portal, the local budget for 2025 provides for the use of 8 million 109 thousand 278 soms, while 5 million soms are required for the shared (incentive) grant.
Problem:
“Kosmonavtov Street is a dirt road that is in extremely poor condition.
During rains and the spring thaw, deep potholes, washouts, and mud appear on the road, significantly complicating the movement of vehicles and pedestrians. This situation is particularly acute due to the presence of a school and a kindergarten on the street. Parents and children have to navigate difficult sections of the road daily, creating dangerous and extremely inconvenient conditions, which increases the likelihood of falls and injuries, as well as causing delays in transporting children to educational institutions.
To ensure safe and comfortable movement for residents, including students and preschoolers, it is necessary to asphalt Kosmonavtov Street and bring the road surface into proper condition.”
