The city administration of Balakchy has applied for funding from shared (stimulating) grants.
According to the "Open Budget" portal, it is planned to allocate 6 million 98 thousand soms from the local budget for 2026, as well as 5 million soms from grants.
Issues:
In secondary school No. 10 named after Manas, 95% of the doors in the classrooms are worn out and need to be replaced. The floors in the assembly hall have rotted, electrical wires are damaged and no longer work, and the ventilation system is outdated.
The internal toilets are in an emergency state: pipes are leaking, and there are damages. The linoleum in 74 classrooms is worn out and no longer suitable for use.
