It is expected that the new educational institution will open its doors to students at the beginning of the 2026 academic year. The total estimated cost of the project is about 100 million soms, with funds for its implementation allocated from the local budget.
As noted by Mayor Zhenishbek Toktorbaev, the completion of the school construction will allow the children of Ken-Sai to receive education in comfortable and safe conditions.
Ranakhan Ubaidillaeva, a resident of Ken-Sai, shared that there is an acute need for a new school in the area. “I moved here seven years ago. Our children have to travel to school in the village of Japalak, where the number of students has significantly increased. Teachers also say it would be good if we had our own school. The children leave home at 6:30 in the morning and sometimes are late. The construction of the school is a real joy for us,” Ubaidillaeva said.
