The application for funding was submitted by the leadership of the Balakchy mayor's office with the aim of obtaining a shared (incentive) grant.
According to information posted on the "Open Budget" portal, 895 thousand 951 soms will be allocated from the local budget for 2025, while 5 million soms are needed for the shared (incentive) grant.
The essence of the problem:
“Currently, the sports hall undergoes only temporary repairs every year. Since no capital repairs have been conducted in the last 20 years, the roof leaks during rain, and the fiberboard with insulation (glass wool) is falling off, creating dangerous conditions for conducting classes.”
