The Eurasian Economic Council reports the appointment of Ainura Usenbekova to the position of Deputy Director of the Department for the Development of Entrepreneurial Activity of the EEC.
Ainura Dokturbaevna Usenbekova, born in 1984 in the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan, has extensive experience in economics and management. In 2006, she graduated from the Issyk-Kul State University named after Kasyma Tynystanova, obtaining a degree in "Management in Tourism." Later, in 2017, she earned a master's degree from the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of "Public Administration."
Her career began with work in the district state administration in 2005. From 2010 to 2014, Ainura held expert positions in the Government Office and the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
From 2014 to 2016, Usenbekova headed the Department of Licensing and Permitting Activity Regulation and Regulatory Impact Analysis in the Department of Entrepreneurial Activity Regulation, and then became the head of this department in the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan.
In 2017-2018, she served as the Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Council for Business Development and Entrepreneurship, and then from 2018 to 2019, she became the project coordinator for the UN Development Program in Kyrgyzstan, dedicated to strengthening capacity for sustainable development financing in the CIS.
From 2019 to 2022, Ainura was the head of the development monitoring sector in the Department of Strategic Development, Economics, and Finance, and then held the position of Deputy Head of this department in the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
From 2022 to 2025, she served as the Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic. Finally, on January 19, 2026, Usenbekova was appointed to a new position in the Eurasian Economic Commission.
