Brief Biography
Samat Isabekov was born in 1972. In 1995, he graduated from the Kyrgyz National University with a degree in "Law", and in 2009, he graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, where he studied "International Relations".
Since 1996, Isabekov has worked in the customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic, holding various operational and managerial positions.
In June 2021, he was appointed as the chairman of the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, holding the rank of Major General of the Customs Service.
Since December 10, 2025, Samat Isabekov has been serving as the director of the Customs Infrastructure Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
