Kyrgyzstan aims to increase GDP per capita to $4500 by 2030

The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, announced an ambitious goal at the republican assembly in "Yntymak Ordo" — to achieve a gross domestic product per capita of $4500 by 2030.

He emphasized that every citizen must recognize the importance of this period when Kyrgyzstan should become a stronger and more competitive state with good social stability.

“We have set specific goals for 2030: the gross domestic product per capita should be $4500, and the total volume of the economy should be at least $30 billion. We aim to enter the top thirty leading countries in the world for sustainable development and improve our position in the human development index by 10 points,” the president added.

It is worth noting that the meeting in "Yntymak Ordo" was dedicated to summarizing the work done in 2025 and was attended by President Sadyr Japarov.

Among the participants were ministers, heads of state bodies, presidential representatives in the regions, mayors of Bishkek and Osh, as well as district akims.
