In the Issyk-Kul region, the construction of a new ski cluster called "Ala-Tuu Resort" is actively underway. This project, designed for year-round use, promises to create numerous jobs and attract tourists, thereby enhancing Kyrgyzstan's international status as a tourist destination. This was announced at a republican meeting where President Sadyr Japarov spoke.
The President noted that "in December of this year, we will begin the first phase of construction of the 'Jyrgalan' ski resort, which will have a length of 120 kilometers and a ski trail," he reported.
It should be reminded that the meeting took place at "Yntymak Ordo" and was dedicated to summarizing the results of the work for 2025 with the participation of President Sadyr Japarov.
The event was also attended by government members, heads of various state institutions, authorized representatives of the president in the regions, mayors of Bishkek and Osh, as well as district akims.
