According to the order of the Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev, a rotation of directors in four departments took place in the Kyrgyz Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services.
The event, held under the leadership of Minister Nurdana Oruntaev, also involved his deputies and ministry staff.
As a result of the decisions made, the following appointments occurred:
- Ernazarbek Suerkulov was relieved of his position as director of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department and became the director of the State Expertise Department.
- Maratbek Aknazarov, who previously held the position of director of the State Expertise Department, now heads the State Architectural and Construction Control Department.
- Islan Momokonov left his post as director of the Housing and Civil Construction Department and was appointed director of the Engineering Surveys Department.
Additionally, Bolot Cholponbaev was relieved of his position as director of the Engineering Surveys Department and now leads the Housing and Civil Construction Department.
The minister noted that this rotation is aimed at optimizing the use of human resources, improving management, and enhancing the quality of work within the ministry.
