The boy, approximately 5-6 years old, was spotted on March 7, 2026, at 6:00 PM by police officers in Navoi Park, where he was alone. To determine his identity, the child was sent to the Center for the Prevention of Offenses Among Minors of the Public Security Service of the Osh regional police department. The situation was complicated by the fact that the boy had hearing and speech impairments, which made it difficult to gather information about him.
