According to testimonies, half of the amount was transferred to Shamirkanov's electronic wallet. After his appointment as minister, the employee stated that he would not be able to transfer the remaining part, after which Shamirkanov transferred him to service in the Batken region.
By appealing to President Sadyr Japarov with a complaint, the employee initiated an investigation by the General Prosecutor's Office, which confirmed the stated facts.
