The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, noted at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh that the implementation of electronic document management in government agencies has significantly simplified and accelerated the decision-making process. He emphasized that documents can now be approved in just one day.

According to him, previously, the approval process between ministries took months. Now, a document sent to the system in the morning can receive responses from all departments by the evening—whether they agree with the proposal or not.

Japarov also reported on the audit of the government's work following his appointment. During this review, it was found that one of the resolutions had remained in the cabinet for three years without being adopted.

The president noted that this document could have significantly improved the functioning of the state; however, the prolonged paper-based approval process was the reason for its lengthy consideration.
