In the Talas region, the reconstruction of the national complex "Manas Ordo" is actively ongoing.

On March 12, an off-site technical meeting was held at the complex, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services. The meeting discussed the pace of work, as well as ways to address current shortcomings and improve construction quality. Due to the warming weather, it was decided to organize work in two shifts. Work on landscaping and improving the surrounding areas will also begin.

One of the key stages of this reconstruction will be the complete renovation of the museum. After the work is completed, its area will increase threefold—from 400 to 1200 square meters. The project also includes the construction of a modern congress hall for 300 seats and a two-story administrative building with an area of 1000 square meters.

In addition, a complete reconstruction of the "Tülüökana" and "Meimankana" facilities is planned.

The implementation of the project was launched on November 13, 2025, when President Sadyr Japarov laid a capsule at the construction site of the new facilities during his working visit to the Talas region.

The completion of all construction work is scheduled for August 31, 2026. This year, the main events for the Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan will take place in Talas, at the territory of the updated "Manas Ordo" complex.
