According to the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region, on March 14, 2026, a local resident A.D., born in 1975, filed an official statement with the Ak-Suu district police.
The document states that on March 13, 2026, on the football field, his underage son A.N., born in 2014, was beaten by a fellow villager named B.Z., born in 1989. As a result of the attack, the child sustained bodily injuries.
This case was registered in the Unified Register of Crimes and Offenses on March 14, 2026. A pre-trial investigation is currently underway. A forensic medical examination has been appointed to determine the severity of the child's injuries, and its conclusion is not yet ready.
According to the Ak-Suu district education department, this incident occurred outside of school hours on a football field located outside the educational institution.
