According to information received from the press service of the regional Internal Affairs Directorate, a 47-year-old deputy of the city council of Razzak, known as A.U., became the subject of an investigation following a complaint filed by his former father-in-law. According to the case materials, the deputy directed insults containing obscene language at the complainant.
The investigation into this incident was conducted by the Leilek district police officers in conjunction with representatives of the prosecutor's office. During the evidence collection process, all materials were submitted to the court for legal assessment.
As a result of the court proceedings, the deputy was found guilty under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses.
The court ruling issued by the district court imposes an administrative arrest of 3 days on citizen A.U.
