The Code on Non-Tax Revenues of Kyrgyzstan Has Been Amended

The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, has signed a law concerning amendments to the Code on Non-Tax Revenues. The relevant information was published by the press service of the presidential administration.

The law, adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on February 26, 2026, aims to create more convenient conditions for citizens when paying state duties.

These changes are intended to facilitate a more effective exercise of citizens' rights to appeal to the courts and other state bodies, eliminating the complexities associated with cash payments and bank transfers.
