During the field events, he observed the survey process, assessed the effectiveness of the enumerators' work, and interacted with both them and the residents. Special attention was paid to the quality of the surveys and the readiness of the population to participate in the census.
According to Kudaybergenov, the population generally regards this initiative with understanding and shows interest in its results.
“The agricultural census will provide a complete picture of the state of the agricultural sector, including data on land use, livestock numbers, the structure of agricultural producers, and the technologies being implemented. This data will serve as the basis for strategic decisions at the state level,” he noted.
The census will cover all regions of the country and will take place from March 20 to April 10. Information collection is carried out by specially trained enumerators who use digital tools for personal interviews.
The National Statistical Committee urges farmers, agricultural producers, and households to actively participate in the census and provide accurate data.
