As part of the week of work in the districts, the speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, Marlen Mamataliyev, held a meeting with local residents of the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek. The event was also attended by deputies Umbetaly Kydyraliyev and Elvira Surabaldiyeva, as well as the vice-mayor and representatives of the municipal services of the capital, as reported by the parliament's press service.

During the meeting, a wide range of social and infrastructure issues that concern local residents were raised. Citizens actively shared their proposals and opinions. In particular, issues related to the development of the road network, water supply systems, public transport, and the construction of educational institutions such as schools and kindergartens were discussed. Specific solutions were proposed for each of the issues raised.

Mamataliyev emphasized that he is aware of the existing problems and noted that the country's president pays special attention to improving the living conditions of citizens residing in the capital, adding that clear directives have already been given in this direction.

“With each passing year, the city's budget increases, allowing for the implementation of social and infrastructure projects. This is an important step towards improving the quality of life for city residents. The Jogorku Kenesh is ready to support such initiatives,” the speaker noted.

The format of the meeting facilitated an open dialogue, where residents could directly voice the problems of their districts. The main focus was on infrastructure issues, which became the central theme of the discussion.

At the meeting, heads of structural divisions answered citizens' questions, and operational directives were given to address the identified problems on-site.
