Alibek was born on February 15, 1985, in the village of Tendik, located in the Kochkor district of the Naryn region, in a family where both parents were educators.
In 1991, he began his studies at the secondary school named after Kaligula Bai uulu and graduated in 2001, completing 9 grades. After that, Musaev continued his education at the military lyceum named after Daiyr Asanov.
From 2003 to 2008, he studied at the Bishkek Humanities University named after K. Karasaev, obtaining higher education.
Alibek began his career in the banking sector, and from 2013 to 2026, he worked in educational institutions in the Kochkor district.
Today, Alibek Musaev is raising five daughters and one son.
