Robots amazed the audience at RoboCup Asia-Pacific 2025
At the international competition RoboCup Asia-Pacific 2025, held in Abu Dhabi, robots showcased the traditional Emirati male dance "Al-Ayala." A recording of the dance quickly gained popularity on social media.
These competitions were part of Abu Dhabi Autonomous Week, which featured over 170 companies from various countries around the world.
Visitors to the event were able to see robots capable of playing football, making coffee, and performing assistant functions.
The dancing robots were humanoids from Booster Robotics, standing 95 cm tall and weighing 19.5 kg.
