According to the forecast from the Hydrometeorology Agency of Tajikistan, significant precipitation in the form of rain and snow is expected on December 8 and 9 in the foothills and mountainous areas of the Sughd region, as well as in the districts under republican jurisdiction and in the west of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.
Meteorologists report that after the current precipitation, no significant rains are predicted for the following weekend.
In Dushanbe, temperatures will rise to 15 degrees during the day over the weekend.
Temperature changes at the beginning of next week will be minimal — a decrease of only 2-3 degrees.
In the mountainous regions of the country, snow and frosty weather will be observed in almost all areas.
