During the inspection of the vehicle, it was found that the man lacked both a driver's license and a vehicle registration certificate. Additionally, he emitted a strong smell of alcohol.
For further investigation, he was taken to a drug treatment clinic, where it was confirmed that he was driving under the influence.
When attempting to establish the identity of the detainee, it was revealed that he had never received any official documents. He stated that he had neither a birth certificate nor any other forms of identification. However, he mentioned that he previously had a Soviet passport, but it is currently missing.
In connection with the incident, all necessary protocols and documents were drawn up regarding the driver. The vehicle was placed in an impound lot, and the collected materials were forwarded for further investigation.
