The problem was identified on January 18, when the mother of a 17-year-old resident of Tokmok contacted law enforcement. She reported that on January 17, around five o'clock in the evening, two individuals forcibly placed her daughter, I.T., born in 2008, into a car near the "Atake" store.
The perpetrators drove the girl to various locations for some time, where they subjected her to cruel treatment, including beatings, infliction of injuries, and attempts to strangle her. Eventually, they left her near the "Zhannat" hotel in the village of Chui, located in the Chui district.
This incident has been registered under Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning kidnapping. As a result of police operational actions, the suspects were detained: A.A., born in 1994, and A.E., born in 1993. Both have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative activities are ongoing.
