It has been reported that on January 17, around 21:00, two strangers forcibly placed 17-year-old I.T. into a Hyundai Grandeur car near the "Atake" store and took her to an unknown location.
According to the victim's mother, the assailants not only transported the girl against her will but also inflicted bodily harm, causing stab and cut wounds with a sharp object, as well as strangling her and attempting to take her life. Ultimately, the minor was left near the "Zhannat" hotel in the village of Chui in the same district.
Law enforcement officers, conducting operational search activities, were able to identify the suspects — A.E. (born in 1993) and A.A. (born in 1994), and apprehended them. Both were placed in a temporary detention facility.
Necessary judicial and legal examinations are being conducted, and the investigation is ongoing.
