According to the information, on January 13, a resident of the village of Kozhomkul, 16-year-old S. A., approached the Sokuluk district police department. She reported that around 00:30, two young men, whom she barely knew, approached her. Using physical force, they forcibly placed her in a Step Wagon vehicle and abducted her with the intention of forcing her into marriage.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated by the police under the article concerning the abduction of a person for the purpose of marriage.
In a short period, two suspects were detained: B. N., born in 2001, and Sh. N., born in 2002. They have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
