On January 14, 2026, around 19:00, an incident occurred in the village of Tash-Dobo, during which citizen Sh.A., born in 1973, was drinking alcohol with citizen P.S., born in 1971, and citizen T.U., born in 1993. A friend named Z. was also present. As a result of the ensuing conflict, both Sh.A. and P.S. sustained bodily injuries, which, according to preliminary information, were inflicted by T.U. and Z.
On the following day, January 15, at approximately 14:43, a report was received by the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun District that the lifeless body of citizen Sh.A. had been discovered in his home. An investigative operational group immediately arrived at the scene for further investigation.
During the initial examination of the body, it was established that Sh.A. had died as a result of the injuries sustained. His body was sent to the morgue to determine the severity of the wounds, while citizen P.S. was transported to the City Clinical Hospital No. 4 in Bishkek with various injuries.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under articles related to murder, according to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Article 122). As a result of operational-search activities, the police detained citizen T.U., who was placed in a temporary detention facility. All necessary forensic examinations have already been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
